Afterwards I started to think about my own party one day. I love to be in party with my friends but how to make a party is really tough question. But later I started to think of to make a blog party. It will definitely be the same interesting I think. There are some points for how to make a successful blog party. I would love to share with you.
Invitations. Let them know the place and exact time of the party . If people can’t find your blog, they won’t come. There are many ways to do that. You can add your blog URL to your signature in forums and yahoo type groups. You can let your facebook friends and other social networking places know. You can add your blog URL to your emails. Of course if you’re a regular part of an online group of some sort, I’m sure they’d love to hear about your attempts like to start a blog party.

Provide adequate refreshments. You are supposed to provide drinks or nibbles served if you had a real party or your friends will not go there again. So just consider what your blog has to offer your readers. It is not simply full of your to-do list for the day. So what you should do is make good preparations.

Interact with Your Guests. Have you ever been to a party where the host took out a plate of refreshments and then disappeared till the end of the party? Of course not. That would be just impolite and plain rude.In the same way, it’s important to interact with those people who visited your blog. Try to ask for feedback or for your visitors to share similar experiences they may have had. When people leave a comment then make sure you take the time to respond.

The last but not least is to use common courtesy. It’s necessary to leave something to thank them for coming to your party. But what kind of courtesy do you show to your blog visitors is right ? One way is to thank them for leaving a comment. Most comment boxes allow you to personalise some text within the comment box. You can fully thank your readers for taking the time to stop by and leave you a comment. Also you can place a welcome message somewhere on your page thanking people for taking the time to stop by and visit your blog. It is warm and effective way. Just try it. How you go about extending common courtesy to your blog visitors will vary from person to person. But to do this is so important if you really need support from others.
